Our Story
We created Ferrix to solve a problem we faced while building Devtron™.
We grew by staying close to customers—shipping fast, listening carefully, and fixing issues early. Soon, giants like Oracle, Siemens, and EY relied on us for mission-critical infrastructure.
As we scaled, customer conversations across support, sales, and feedback channels multiplied. Signals that mattered were scattered across tools and teams, making it harder to spot patterns and act in time. At scale, this required a more strategic approach.
We looked for existing solutions but couldn’t find one that fit how we worked, so we built an internal system to unify customer conversations, analyze them, and surface issues before they escalated.
Ferrix is a focused, scalable version of that system. We’re starting small, working closely with early customers, and building it the same way we built Devtron™ by listening and iterating fast.
